Content Water Damage
CRS provides content damage services. This means our teams can clean and store all of your contents that are exposed to water or fire damage. We can also store any contents that need to be removed to clean up after a flood or fire. We inspect all content damage caused by a loss. Our experts will help decide what is salvageable versus non-salvageable content. This advice is very helpful in taking the right actions regarding the affected items. CRS will work with the owners and the insurance agent to ensure proper tracking and storage of all items.
Our contents water damage protocol includes:
- Transfer of all contents to the CRS warehouse to be looked at.
- Create a detailed written and photo log of all contents
- Cleaning and deodorizing the contents in our climate controlled warehouse in order to prevent any further damage
- Return the contents back to the building and place them back
