CRS is proud to introduce our Sr. Project Manager, Kellin Ulibarri, who oversees all school projects in the State of Arizona. Kellin started in the industry in 2000 when he was just 15 years old working summers. Can you imagine someone staying in our crazy restoration world that long? Through his incredible work ethic, Kellin moved into a leadership role with our Arizona Schools Division.
Kellin has a great talent for assessing school property damage and coming up with the best plan for the school to restore the property to its original state. He works within the timeline of the school, whether that is to complete a project while class is in session or jump in and finish a job quickly during a break. Kellin has several certifications within our industry that he maintains including AHERA for asbestos; IICRC for mold and restoration; and EPA Lead Supervisor for lead abatement. He also attends the Environmental Information Association National Conference every year.
In his free time, he has been known to play in Punkrock/ska bands but we have yet to get him to play for a CRS party. Kellin has been a huge asset to our company by bringing an extensive knowledge of school restoration, great client communication, and a strong leadership among our teams.
